Client - United States Postal Service (USPS)
Provide Master Black Belt support for the Continuous Improvement Office of the United States Postal
Service through the coaching, mentoring, training, project management and execution of LSS efforts for
enterprise wide projects. Developed and supported the USPS training program. Conducted Green Belt,
Black Belt and Executive Green Belt Training classes. Trained 90% of the USPS Senior Executives.
Developed project selection utilizing Project Selection Workshops, developed tracking methods for
projects, and implemented Lean Six Sigma improvements.

selling price for products working under specific guidelines.
Technical Conference, reported to President of Thermal Ceramics, Chairman for international
Dealer/Installer conference consisting of 400 people from 21 countries. Responsible for all
technical and entertainment activities. Successful implementation while coming in under budget
by $250,000. Led team of 25 people.
