More than thirteen years experience in oil/gas/petrochemical, power generation plants and industrial projects in basic endorsement, Feed design, detail design, pre commissioning and construction including ten years in oil, gas and petrochemical both onshore and offshore plants and three years in overhead transmission lines, high voltage substations and hydro power generation plants. Oil plants include desalting plants, petrochemical plants include high density poly ethylene plant (HDPE) and high impact polystyrene plant (HIPS) and gas plants include two natural gas liquid plants (NGL) and one increasing pressure gas station plant on pipe line. All of these are onshore prjects. Many offshore projects consist of process platform, living quarter platform and wellhead platform. Three years experience in designing of overhead transmission line both mechanical and electrical in various voltage levels from 20kV to 230kV. One year in designing hydro power generation plant and one year in designing control & protection high voltage substations.
Having effective experience in 6.6kV, 4.16 kV, 13.8kV and low voltage switchgears/MCC’s with both American and European standards, Arc resistance MV switchgear/MCC, power plant up to 40MW and over head transmission line up to 400kV, control and protection of high voltage substations.
Major equipment and system which I have worked on are diesel generator, gas turbine generator, Micro turbine generator, MV&LV switchgear, MCC, UPS, LV and MV motor, navigational aids, Ex equipment, earthing system, solar system, lighting system and cabling system.

Su Tu Nau Field Development FEED Project, Leading electrical team (over than 7000 man-hour) for preparation project’s deliverables, coordinate with client and project manager, Input to MDR and attend meetings with the client. This project was FEED design of two wellhead platform in offshore Vietnam owned by Cuulong Oil Company. Main power generation designed with Micro turbine (2x200kW) and all ANSI/NEC standards have been followed. The project execution was fast track basis and RFQ/PO for long lead items including Micro Turbine, Diesel Generator, Switchgear/MCC, UPS and E-house have been issued in the procurement stage.

South Mahakam Field Development EPC Project, Leading electrical team for preparation project’s documents including engineering, procurement, construction and pre commissioning documents. Involved in during pre commissioning and construction and APAVE audit, time to time staying at construction site and retrofit their issues, This project was EPC of three well head platforms belong to TOTAL. The electric power generation was three 4kW close circuit vapor turbine which convert to 24DC voltage and distribute. There was a big solar system on the platforms as a backup supply for 1200Ah nav-aids systems.

ONGC B193 process platform Project, This project was a CPP and living quarter offshore platform. Power generation system was three 11kV gas turbines each 11MW. Generated power distributed to the platforms via 6kV and 0.4kV voltages downstream system. In this project I prepared all studies including DG sizing, GTG sizing and manual motor starting. Besides I prepared specification for PMS, electrical installation and submarine cable. I supervised graduate engineers for preparing cable sizing and lighting calculation and cable schedule. I supervised designers for preparing substation panel arrangement, Lots of mechanical packages specifications, data sheets and requisition were reviewed and commented by me.

Reshadat offshore Project – This project located in the Persian Gulf comprise a satellite wellhead platform, a drilling platform renovation, a flare platform and a living quarter platform. Total power consumption 15MVA had been estimated for this project that supplied by four (three in service and one standby) 6.1MW, 6.6kV GTG and dispatched to medium voltage motors by MV switchgear via 6.6kV submarine cables and low voltage users via 6.6/0.4kV transformers and low voltage MCC/switchgear. I had been involved as a lead of 6 people team and as long as I had been there whole feed dossier had been endorsed and some documents such as load list, single line for MV and LV switchgears and UPS’s, DG sizing and some specifications and data sheets were issued. Also close cooperation with other disciplines for GTG sizing, Living Quarter layout were established.

I had involved as an engineer and did following activity: Prepared Load list and established related calculation such as transformer sizing, diesel generator sizing and gas turbine generator sizing. Prepared overall, medium and low voltage single line. Performed control and protection schematics diagram. Prepared UPS calculation, data sheet and single lines. Carried out power system studies with ETAP software. Managed clarification and technical meeting and established technical bid evaluation for switchgears, earthing materials and UPS.
