o Role and Responsibilities: Generalist Profile
* Recruitment & Selection:
. Understanding the skill sets required for the open passion and
identifying appropriate sources for attaining the desire skills.
. Responsible for screening, short-listing of resumes from job
portals, consultants and employee references.
. Coordinate with consultants and internal references, coordinating
with candidates and line mangers regarding recruitment requisitions.
. Responsible for interview scheduling (Trainees & managerial
positions), coordinating the written test for trainee positions.
. Conducting Preliminary interviews/screening of candidates both in
person and telephonic.
. Negotiate with candidate in salary and other related matters in
consultation with the management.
* On Boarding, Induction & Orientation:
. Dealing with employees joining formalities by issuing offer
letters, Appointment letters, Reliving letters, Confirmation
letters, Extension letters, Experience Certificates etc.
. To ensure all recruits are inducted and enculturised into the
organization.
. Managing all related documentation and verification for
eligibility criteria and also preparing the appointment letters.
Scheduling, coordinating and conducting induction sessions, feedback
analysis.
. Plan and schedule a monthly induction schedule and inform managers
and faculty well in advance about the same.
* Performance Management System:
. Coordinating in implementation of increment, incentive, &
remuneration policies.
. Managing appraisal process across levels & establishing framework for
sustaining Performance Appraisal system linked to reward Management.
. Source information on identification of Key Result Areas of the
employees.
. KRA implementation.
* Payroll & Time office Administration:
. Working on HR-payroll Software.
. Responsible for time attendance of all employees.
. Attendance verification, leave recording in attendance system.
. Issuing warning letter to concern employees if any indiscipline or
absenteeism.
. Leave Management for the payroll.
* Statutory Compliance:
. ESIC registration of new employees.
. Filling up the PF withdrawal Forms and follow up with PF office for
claims.
. Monitoring and assisting manager in statutory compliance at all levels
involving liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices
like PF, ESI, and Labor Office.
* Employee Engagement and Relationship:
. Carried out various employee engagement activities including annual
awards, festival celebrations, games, Birthday celebration & farewell.
. Arranging various company events & meetings.
* HR Record Maintenance:
. Maintain Personal files of every employee.
. Updating files regularly.
. Maintain HRD files like ESIC, PF, Circulars, vendors, leaves, OD,
Insurance, Attendance, Salary, Exit, etc.
* MIS:
. Maintaining employee database (in Excel format) & Personal files.
. Generating different types of monthly MIS report like attendance
report, leave status report & payroll structure of every Month.
. Maintaining personal files and employment verification of selected
employees.
* Separation and Exit Formalities:
. Managing exit formalities like issuing exit interview form, Clearance
form and arranging meetings with managers for counseling.
. Conducts exit interviews to monitor personnel movement and locate
trends.
. Attrition analysis and report generation.
. Administering full & final settlement process, file closure attrition
analysis and report.
