Infosys provides process consultation mainly through document review and by

conducting primary audit. The scope of work of this project revolves round

preparing checklist, templates for carrying out reviews and audits on

different product and processes. Templates and Checklists are prepared as

per the guidelines defined by Bank's technology and operations group. The

discrepancies found during reviews and audits are reported in defect log or

non conformance reports for further resolution. Once the defects are

resolved they are again sent to offshore to verify proper closure.
