Presently working for "HSBC PVT. LTD" as "HELP DESK EXECUTIVE" on the
Rolls of
A2Z PVT. LTD" from 06th December2010 to till date.
Working as Help Desk Executive with FMS (Facilities Management Services)
through A2Z Property Management Services Private Limited. At HSBC
Hyderabad from Dec 2010 to till date.
Duties & Responsibilities:
> Maintaining a friendly, neat and pleasant image with clients and the
staff.
> Handlings walk in clients' requests & queries, immediate attention to
the complaints.
> Coordinating with all other departments such as housekeeping, security,
maintenance for smooth functioning of operations.
> Handling all In-bound and out-bound calls of clients and customers,
solving their queries
> Maintaining call register of In & Out bound calls and submit the report
to the concern head of the department.
> Preparing MIS Reports and submit the concern head of the department.

Handling Hotel reservations, Travel desk at the time of client

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interacting with various couriers and postal department.
* Receiving inbound and outbound mails.
* Managing the inter office mails.
* Entering the received mails (courier, postal and inter office) and
sending the E-mails to the respective employees.
* Taking around 200 calls a day.
* Handling around 3000 employee's queries.
* Responding to the employee emails.
* Sending Daily 50 to 70 official outbound mails through BLUE DART & DHL &
Personal, couriers through all courier companies.
* Managing and Tracking the international consignments till it gets
delivered.
* Generating the official courier and personal couriers' bill on every
fortnight.
* Maintain the registers for HR, ADMIN, FINANCE, PERSONAL, OFFICIAL, and
DAILY & Monthly
Reports. Taking care of Fax Machine & Scanner.
* Sending Daily report & Monthly report to client office and the head
office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Helpdesk: Ensure that the response time is maintained for all requests and
Analysis on customer satisfaction, and giving them a better feed back by
prompt replying to their concerns
Handling Customer related queries through emails and giving them the
information what the employee requires exactly through emailing process.
Bill Processing: On a monthly basis, tracking the Client visit & internal
meets/collating the vendor invoices and submitting them to finance for
payment.
Key Management: Maintaining tracker /database for the key issuance, also
ensuring closer of call logged related keys. Monitor the loss key data and
ensure the process.
Vending Machines: Ensure the hygiene, working condition of machines and
monitor the readings on daily basis. Maintaining the tracker for machine
readings.
Pest Control: Daily Monitoring/ Tracking the worksheets of the pest
control.
Stationery: Maintaining tracker for daily consumption.Reporting: Sending
Daily reports / Weekly reports / Monthly reports to the Client and the head
office.
