serving adult patients with co-occurring psychiatric disorders/

addictions. Multi- site location responsibility consisting of 30 beds.

hospital including ASAM level II services, medical detoxification and

crisis center located in Providence Emergency Center; one of the first to

use Suboxone treatment protocols.

. Reduced substantial financial loss of facility from $1.5million

per year to profitable surplus.

. Directed and successfully submitted Department of Health

Chemical Dependency Hospital Licensure application resulting in

increased revenue on an annual basis of $3.5 million for the

hospital, increased access to 340B pharmacy money by $300,000.

. Negotiated contract to increase inpatient rate structure of $400

per day average to $1,500 per day.

. Worked with Washington Hospital Association to pass State Mental
