Title :"Fabrication of pneumatic sheet folding machine"

Description : Pneumatic sheet metal folders folds sheets. This
method makes it possible to fold most types of
metal sheets in different shapes. Most pneumatic
sheet folders include a built-in compressor. These
are adjusted manually or mechanically, depending on
the machine.

Description : In Model die casting manufacturing cell we considered
only one machine
For improvements to be done. In most machines there are lots
of losses mechanically in machine and in casting
component. We have done improvements accordingly to reduce
these losses and the cycle timing of the components. By
reducing losses, the rate of production and the quality of the
components is significantly increased
