Worked side by side with engineers for startup processes,
trained personnel on Tool and Die Maintenance and process modification to adapt to environmental changes.
Maintenance Technician/production start up, with emphasis on tool and die work. Maintain and operate two 950 US Ton Injection Molding machines.

2002-2005 Welder/Boilermaker, Albach, Crisman Manufacturing, Cembell, Thermal Coating Sevices, B&D Contracting, Wilson Welding – Operated mills and a 80‘’ by 180‘’ CNC burn table and performed the auto cad programming for the table. Working shut downs, turn-a-rounds and boilermaker/welding jobs. Welded all kinds of material such as stainless and carbon. Welded repaired/replaced Dutchman and also repairs to the inside of boiler walls/tubes.
