ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Immediately after being graduated, I moved to Rome, where I have worked and still work in

engineering companies, growing my professional and management skills.

I have accumulated one decade of experience in mini-Unmanned Aerial/Ground Vehicles (UAVs,

UGVs). The result of this work are some of the main Italian UAVs, such as Strix (code development

and instructor of the first operators' class) and the Mini UAV systems of UTRI / Selex-Muas as Crex,

Draco and Asio. More recently I have experienced the Management of Project involving the design

and development of complete ground robots.

In February 2008, I was in charge of the Department of Guidance, Navigation and Control of UTRI

SpA (Unmanned Technology Research Institute). Thanks to the excellence of the department of

GN&C, UTRI has offered its services and collaborations in major European space programs such as

the Vega launcher vehicle and his future successor Lyra. In this context, I was Program Manager for

the innovative robust control of the European launcher Lyra. Also in UTRI I conducted research on

various topics in collaboration with leading research centers, such as the Robotics Laboratory of the

University of Rome and the IASI / CNR, L'Aquila.

In July 2010 I switched to a new experience in a small engineering company, part of a larger group:

the ERMES Technologies. In ERMES I took care of both Business development and design of RPVs

(Remotely piloted vehicles). I was the Manager of a Project regarding the Design and Development of

4 Mini Rover for Counter-IED missions, really employed in the Operative field.

Actually I am the Chief Technical Officer of Eurolink Systems, where I'm experiencing Project

coordination, people leading and Quality Assurance

I choose my employees with great care and I love having people in my team who are technically very

valuable so that the group as a whole may grow professionally and close orders on time.

The experience in small companies has taught me to work very well outside of my direct work ambits,

but actuallyI'm working to increase my competence in Project Management.
