Description: In SAIL, there are many process for the manufacturing of steel
. CO2 (carbon di oxide) plays a vital role in it. Weighing of CO2 cylinders
in CRM (COLD ROLLING MILLING) manually is a difficult process. Manually, it
takes much more number of days for weighing the cylinders. So, we are
introducing an automatic method for this process. A digital trolley which
is of more precision and accuracy can weigh the cylinder at short term of
period. The time consumption of weighing cylinder using digital trolley is
much more lesser than the manual process. By automatic weighing process, we
can avoid damage of cylinder which may cause a mass destruction by leakage
of CO2 gas to the atmosphere. A digital trolley provides time consumption
and safety of operation in the industry.
