knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma to formulate and champion the plant's

performance targets. The plant grew from six employees with $1.2 million in annual
revenue to approximately fifty employees with $20 million in annual revenue. Optimized
all operations to improve first run quality and reduce scrap. Achieved and exceeded profit
