District Manager: Citi Trends, Inc. - Mobile, AL - October 2003 to June 2013

Responsibilities: Responsible for 12 to 16 stores located in Ms, Al, Fl, La.

Supervised upward of 140 employees, single store sales upward to 3m, district sales $16 to 20m,

District shrink -1.87 better that company shrink goal lower than 4.0%, and beat EBITDA by 7.23%.Job

responsibilities include but not limited to P&L's, sales, payroll & shrink control, all other controllable

(from door to floor in 24), and that markdown processes are adhered to and completed on time. Insure all

company policies are known and followed by all associates. Insure customer service practices are adhered

to. I also, traveled to other districts to help out when asked by the company.

Accomplishments: I received the highest awards in best sales, best payroll control, best inventory shrink,

best expense control and EBITDA for several years. I received the highest bonus payout, in the history of

the company, for several years. I located real-estate for new stores and received finder’s bonuses. I

opened 10 new successful stores in Ms, Al, and La. I hired and trained new store managers, 3 of which

was promoted to district manager positions, 1 promoted to home office position, 1 promoted to SOS team
