Inspect all kind of Instrumentation material as it arrives in the warehouse according to the project

specification.

Handle of Sub contactor and time to time surveillance of site work with our Client/ attend the weekly

progress meeting and Attend quality and progress meetings with the client to resolve

construction/quality issues.

Involve in technical review of Instrument drawings, process hook ups, cable routing and Instrument

location plans.

Follow up with the contractors to ensure completion of work within the time frame and according to

project schedule.

Identify and close non conformances (NCR).

Two Way Intercom

Description It is a simple two station wired intercom system which is used in our house to

house gate/door to screen visitors to our house. The primary use of this type of

system is in live or media productions where the video detectors speak to the

camera operators or where the stage manager speaks to the stage hands and

lighting operator, etc.

Technology It uses a push to talk (PTT) switch along with its own power source or battery,

speaker, microphone, and amplifier ckt based on transistor and LM380. With

slight modification, it can be wireless walkie talkie can be controlled by using

RF trans receiver.

Automatic Dose Controller And Patient Monitoring

Description A special approach of this project is to make secure that the patient in an ICU

under treatment is always ok otherwise it will send a message to the attendants

display unit. The different body parameters of the patient are continuously to

be monitored and those parameter should be within a range of safety limits. If

any of the body parameter goes beyond the safety limit then the patient need to

be attended by the specialist.

Technology Based on wireless communication principle with a microcontroller. And uses a

DTMF encoder and decoder along with two FM trans receiver to operate the

system. The DTMF decoder output is a specific BCD code. The BCD code is

again decoded using a seven segment decoder. This output is displayed by a

seven segment LED display module.
