• Planned, designed and brought to market Pauly’s, a specialty beer, wine and spirits
store in Lowell, Michigan, which required diverse bring-to-market initiatives of property
development, coordination of all licensing, zoning, construction, and leasing activities to
bring site to marketable readiness.
