Project Description :

This module designed to manage accounts. Account heads are managed in tree structure. When the

voucher is submitted all the heads are updated instantly including the balance sheet heads therefore the

balance sheet figures are always updated and balance sheet can be generated instantly.

The different voucher entered are cash, bank, journal, sale, purchase and debit/credit notes.

Project Description :

This module is designed to enhance daily functioning of material management of the company. Its

functioning begins with the indents from different departments of head office as well as works. Indents

from works are downloaded via V SAT on daily bases and master indent database at head office is

updated. Based on indents quotations from different vendors are being gathered by sending enquiries of

indented items. On the basis of quotations, a comparison chart is prepared and purchase order is placed

to suitable vendor after proper discussions and track record of supplier. On the basis of these basic

inputs following reports are generated.

• Pending Indents

• Indents between dates

• Supplier query (search engine for suppliers for any item).

• Details of purchase made from a particular supplier.

• Details of specific items purchased from different suppliers.
