I am a Veteran of the United States Army’s 82 Airborne Division. I have been awarded medals for good
conduct, combat operations, and leadership thought my career. After leaving the military in September of
2010 I accepted a Field Service Engineer position with Schunk Intec USA that has given me vital
experience and skills inside of the machine tool industry. International travel, installation, troubleshooting,
on-site engineering and blueprinting, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and troubleshooting applications
were just some of the daily challenges I encountered while providing excellent customer service and

Responsibilities included booking and coordinating travel arrangements, installing, troubleshooting, and
repairing precision pneumatic and hydraulic work holding systems with electrical interface into machine
PLC. Developed a strong knowledge of machine tool operation and procedure with Mazak, Okuma, Mori
Seiki, and Doosan. Repaired, serviced, and installed automation products in the field for specialized
applications, furthering my understanding of operations inside of the machine tool world.
