Responsibilities included design and cycle testing of all welds

. Initiated the Ford F-150 hitch program. Duties included: set-up,

layout, and mapping of dimensional tolerances per the Ford

specification.

. Decreased cycle time by approximately 25% on the Ford F-150 hitch

program.

. Developed test procedures for micro etching per Ford specification.

. Completed installation of a bulk gas system consisting of Argon and

Carbon Dioxide.
