Objective My objective is to be able to obtain a career in a field in which I know I

Experience Notify MD 2013-Present
I am currently employed part time at Notify MD as a Bilingual Customer
Representative. The job duties performed at this job are as follows,
Answer urgent and non-urgent phone calls from patients and take
messages to relay to healthcare clients. Also taking detailed, critical,
pertinent and relevant patient information to help expedite the providers
response time to the patient. Enter patient information into customized
computer system for client records.
Nemours Children’s Clinic 2011-Present
I am employed at Nemours Children’s clinic as a fulltime Medical
Assistant in the Hematology/Oncology team monitoring infusion, chemo
therapy and transfusion therapy procedures. I also work closely with the
Clinical nurses and assist with any procedures in the clinic. I also obtain
prior authorizations for medications and oral oncology agents for patients
on chemotherapy treatment. I also manage and take care of very ill and
terminal oncology patients.
Family Medicine &Rehab 2007-2011
My position at Family Medicine & Rehab was Front Desk Receptionist for
approximately 1 year. My duties as receptionist were of answering
telephones, checking in and out patients, collecting co-payments, verifying
patients health insurance, data entry, registering new patients, filing
patients chart records, and other clerical duties. My second year there I
was then given the position of Phlebotomist. My duties in this position
consisted of taking vital signs, recording patient’s information in the
computer, collecting and processing blood specimens, handling urine
specimens, and assisting physician and nursing staff. Also worked and was
crossed trained in Medical Billing and coding. I coded and billed DME
products and office visits. I was also trained to post insurance payments.
H&R Block Tax Season 2008
I worked for H&R Block in the tax season of 2008. My position was
Client Service Coordinator (CSC). My daily duties consisted of answering
telephones, processing payments, filing, processing daily reports at
closing, making and confirming appointments, checking in and out clients
and other clerical duties.
