MasterCard Created Global MasterCard’s first direct mail package for regional banks in the Pacific Rim
and Africa to acquire new accounts and promote debit cards. Edited white papers, newsletters and global

Victory Capital Management Developed an authoritative 5-step guide to help plan sponsors and
financial advisors protect their company’s retirement plan. Performed all competitive research, provided
complete strategic outline and due diligence and adhered to all government regulations.
JPMorganChase Developed a variety of direct marketing promotions to replace check incentives for
Chase insurance products - Chase Identity Protection, Chase Fraud Detector, etc. Also, re-engineered

who was recently given approval to offer dental benefits to government employees and annuitants. Prepared

Management and creative direction for the agency's key accounts from conception through execution
Chase Manhattan Bank Collaborated with product development team in the launch of the industry’s first
co-branded debit card (Continental Airlines); developed all creative materials for acquisition, fulfillment,
activation and retention programs. Collaborated with product development team in the launch of industry’s
first debit/smart card with a consortium consisting of Visa, MasterCard, Citibank and Chase. Developed
communications for the introduction of numerous investment, insurance & relationship products – e.g., Vista
Funds, Select Banking, Business Plus; developed corporate communications for bank mergers and
acquisitions; implemented a turnkey program for branch consolidations. Responsible for developing all
creative briefs, concepts and oversight of all programs.
Bank of New York Developed creative materials for the launch of a business debit card to high net worth
customers. Developed materials for numerous business debit card and loan programs, prepared and
