. Extensive experience in custodial, gardening, painting, plumbing,

electrical and other building maintenance, repairs and restorative

procedures.

. Proficient use of all hand, air and power tools such as core

drills, demo saws, rotary hammer drills, chainsaws, jackhammers,

lawnmowers and wood clippers.

. Operated heavy equipment such as skid steer, bobcat, mini

excavator, front end loader, excavator, hydro-seeders and mulch

throwers.

. Experienced tractor operator with over six years controlling

tractors and trimmers.
