The project involves implementing Splunk for managing availability of - a)

data, by tracking data transmission across integration paths, b)

applications, and c) infrastructure, with the goal to provide an

exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Defining vision, solution architecture, sizing, licensing, working through

licensing, contract and infrastructure needs, SOW to hire Splunk

professional services, defining detail design and managing overall delivery

of the Splunk implementation, defining plan for transitioning support to

operations team, planning operational readiness activities.

status (from source through hops to destination), at a record level, near

Pace as Ref data/MDM/Hub ODS and Eagle's Message Center as API for

integration into PACE, implementation of a new warehouse product and a

performance measurement application; Includes implementation of a new EAI

based data integration architecture with TIBCO EMS as integration platform,

implementation of over 300 data interfaces, near real-time and batch;

Includes integration of the hub with multiple downstream subscribers

including the investment accounting system and the data warehouse; Includes

decommissioning of legacy applications;

- Contributed to the design of the TIBCO EMS based Data Integration

application (DIA)

- Contributed to design of the DIA framework services - selection of

services from the Allstate Enterprise, as well as enhancements to the
