Warehouse Manager
Paris Gourmet Employed from (2005-Present) In this position I direct the
warehouse operations of a leading gourmet food import company. I manage
the selection of dry, frozen, and cooler products. Supervise the loading /
unloading of containers, order selection and pallet construction of orders
shipping nationally. Perform or assign daily, weekly cycle counts, route
all delivery trucks. Call customers to schedule pick ups. Supervise the
repacking and packaging of products. Oversee two assistant supervisors.
While in this position I managed three warehouse expansions without any
disruption to service. Designed and purchased new racking system resulting
in a a more efficient and productive warehouse operation. Purchase new
warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles. Submit and prepare all payroll
related information. Hire and train all new employees. Discipline and
counsel subordinates as necessary. Meet with company owners on a daily
basis to discuss all warehouse operation issues.
Warehouse Training/Production Supervisor
Sysco Food Services Employed from (2001-2005)
Directed the night shift order selection, picking/packing of dry, frozen,
and chilled products. Trained and certified all subordinates in the usage
of all warehouse material handling equipment. Prepared and examined
production reports on a daily basis. Met with operations director on a
daily basis to discuss employee/ operation related issues. Co-coordinated
warehouse conversion to RF Selection Process, upgraded to eliminate mis-
selected product/ shortage of product on trucks.

Freight Specialist Employed from (1998-2001)
In this position I directed the unloading/loading of trucks for the
Wakefern Corporation in accordance with the highest levels of productivity.
Trained all subordinates in warehouse procedures. Ensured and promoted
safety. Maintained prescribed sanitation in work environment. Prepared and
submitted all payroll related information. Managed three supervisors who
oversaw the work environment. Hired and discharged employees when
necessary.
