For over 16 years, I have been directly involved with the financial industry here in Jacksonville,
Florida. Currently, I am a Credit Analyst /Administrator for a Credit Union. My prior experience
consists of the following positions: Construction Loan Administrator, Loan Specialist II for Loan
Operations, Administrative Assistant for the Senior Vice-president and Vice-president for Credit
Administration and Commercial Real Estate Department. Within these areas, I have prepared the
required documents for new loans to be sent to Loan Committee for approval, managed the
Annual Review Portfolio, which included prepared annual review on existing loans,
recommending risk grade changes on existing loans, review appraisal and environmental reports,
prepare ACH approval documents, reconciled general ledger accounts, booked loans, prepared
month end reports for the senior management team, these are just to name a few.

EXPERIENCE
Prepare the required loan documentations for loan approval on new commercial loans, manage
the annual review portfolio, complete tax return analysis to ensure pertinent income and expenses
are documented, Perform and maintain industry and market analysis, perform internal loan
review of all existing portfolio to assess credit risk by ensuring loan agreements and policies
meets the terms, Assist in conducting field audits and other special projects. Complete month end
reports, watch list, BSA, Concentration Reports, OREO, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy reports.
Updated insurance tickler, reconcile the departments GL. Train individual employees to
reconcile.
Prepare loan documents, HMDA reports, future obligations forms for loans to be process, prepare
extension request letters and forms. Transferring funds to deposit accounts, opening and closing
customer deposit accounts, preparing RPM maintenance, open Certificate of Deposits, Pay
interest payments and perform advances on line of credits. Process new loans; remove exceptions
for these loans.
