Pune, Onward is Service Provider Industries. I am working as an Onsite

Engineer with John Deere at client location Magarpatta Pune.

Working On software:- PRO-E Release 4.00.

. Truenian based fixture designing using 3-2-1 Principal.

. Concept designing using standard part like clamps, rest pads, locking

pins, shims & locking devices.

. Tool designing for welding & machining fixture.

. Welding Fixture Designing for Heavy assembly part like Boom &

Designing & Manufacturing Unit.

Working On software:- Pro-E Wildfire4.00, AUTO-CAD.

Working as Design Engineer

. Designing of SPM machine with PLC based full automatic & semi automatic

version machine.

. Working on individual Project with team of draughtsman .

. Machine design & modified to suit & fulfill customer requirement,

Height, Capable to induction Hard of Dia. 2.6m & vertically scans 2.5M

Length, Fully automatic version. Machine Dispatch to CANADA (USA).

. 8 Station Indexing Ring Gear Induction Hardening Machine, Tempering &

Hardening component on different station, Suitable for Water & Oil base

Quench for Cooling, Pneumatic based pick & Place arrangement for

unloading, component loading manually. Servo Drive Gear motor with ball

screw for Up & down Movement of inductor. Suitable for Component size

Dia. 160 mm to Dia. 400mm. machine size 2.4Mx2.4M & Dia.1800 dial plate,

with 8 station up & down movement with rotating spindle, Eight station

Indexing Gear box, indexing time 1 sec. without vibration & jerk. PLC

based fully automatic machine
