I started my own company, Just Maintain UK, along with one other director at the start of January 2010, as a sole trading company. When we started the company up, we traded within the ‘BH’ area only. Within 6 months of trading, we had expanded, carrying out national works for the likes of HSBC, Barclays Bank, Lloyds TSB and Lloyds pharmacy, to name a few.
My main role within the company was sourcing works through direct contact with the clients.

PROJECT MANAGER April 2003 – Jan 2009
I was employed by Bourne BG in April 2003, accomplishing my final year of ‘Plumbing and Heating Mechanical Installations’ apprenticeship at Bournemouth and Poole College.
In my first year, my main duties were designing, installation and commissioning of domestic gas heating systems in new developments.
By my second year, I was approached by an internal Contracts Manager, where I was asked to work on commercial properties, running my own team. My first project was the design and installation of Pret A Manger, Kilburn. In the 3 years that followed, my project was to design and install six Pret A Mangers a year which I completed successfully.
After Project Pret A manger was completed, I was approached to lead a team to carry out works on Heathrow T5 along with the refurbishment of London St Pancreas. And MOD Projects.

• Ensuring project is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule
