Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Crude Oil Pipeline / BOTAS International (BIL)

[November 2008 - Today]

Supervisor (Lead Engineer) - Turkey (Sivas, Ceyhan)

BTC (Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan) Crude Oil pipeline is the longest crude oil

pipeline in the world which installed by experiences of international

Oil/Gas companies (BP, SOCAR, Chevron, Statoil, TPAO, Eni/Agip,

Total, Itochu, Inpex, Conoco Phillips ve Hess Corporotion). Daily

capasity is over 1 million barrels (Overall capacity is 1,62 billion

barrels - January 2013) and total distance is 1.776 km. We operate and

do maintenance activities for 430 km of pipeline (PST-4 Pump station,

12 pieces BVS "Block Valve Station" and 42"-430 km of pipeline). My

primary responsibilities are as follows as Supervisor "Lead Engineer"

- In PST4 Pump Station on BTC Crude Oil Pipeline, preparing detailed

mechanical maintenance work schedule for Wartsila gas engine-pump

groups, Utility units and BVS (Block Valve Station); team and site

management; making coordination and organization between of mechanical

maintenance group and electrical maintenance group and field operation

group; providing all pipelines' integrity and taking measures to keep

it running so that they are working properly daily.

- Preparation of the reports of maintenance activities and keeping

records under Maximo system, claiming required materials for

purchasing.

- Determine the technical skill level of staff by using the CAMS

(Competence Assurance Management System), establish the required

educational activities to improve the level of personal competence and

keep records all documents under CAMS.

- Site coordination and management of contractors and subcontractors.

- All the work activities are proceeded and monitored according to the

HSE (Health-Safety-Environment) golden rules which are accepted by our

company and international petroleum sectors.

Mechanical Group Chief - Oman (Muscat), Site Chief - Kazakhstan (Almaty)

EMITA CO. to be active in the construction sector. I managed and

completed project as Mechanical Group Chief in Muscat city of

Sultanate of Oman. Construction of The New Terminal Building of Muscat

international airport project had 38 million USD budget and mechanical

works had 7 million USD budget. I managed and completed projects as

Site Chief in Almaty city of Kazakhstan. Mechanical works of Hotels

and industrial facilities projects's budgets was over 5,5 million USD.

Site Chief - Turkey (Kirsehir, Iskenderun, Adana, Mersin)

CENK CO. to be active in the industrial facility building sector. I

managed and completed projects as Site Chief. The completed projects

are, in iron-steel factories located in Iskenderun (ISDEM?R, Yazici

iron-steel, Ekinciler iron-steel, Nursan iron-steel, Tosyal? iron-

steel), building of pump station with 4 million USD budget,

construction of water cooling towers and pipe works with 8,5 million

USD budget, in starch factory located in Adana (Tat starch, Aminium
