Responsibilities include the development of the company's 5-year
strategic plan, analyzing business strategies, functions, and procedures
to determine the most effective business systems and software to meet the
needs of the organization. In charge of ensuring software requirements
- analyzing requirements to ensure they are accurate and complete.
Insured problem determination and resolution was timely, accurate, and
properly documented through the use of tracking software for work orders

Planning consultant: studied and analyzed existing financial record keeping
software to determine inadequacies and inefficiencies. Installed J.D.
Edwards, enterprise wide, and transitioned from the packaged data-base to
Oracle. Reported all desired customizations to RDA team to reach projected
transition goals. Implemented annual projections of operating expenses,
illustrating the cost savings of running one instead of multiple financial
softwares. Difficulty was in ensuring the integrity of security features in
that external subs logged in to check job financials; this was required by
stakeholders for external clients.

ERP Project Manager
Implementation manager of a ERP software consolidation project consisting
of 2 sites, two campus buildings.
Orsos (Per-S Technologies) project involved coordinating efforts with the
applications group and the operating room staff for new OR software. This
was extremely time / schedule sensitive; the clinical management teams
objective was to execute this task with no downtime in the operating room
and same day surgery areas. Testing was performed in mock environments;
graphic interface changes were addressed immediately after clinical usage.
Tester would stand post for hours until interface and data-base issues were
resolved. All issues and conflicts were resolved without scheduled downtime
in surgery areas. This was a major goal of the hospitals senior managers in
that surgery was a major cost center.
