Joined Duff Norton as an assembly and repair supervisor, tasked with

supervising 25 employees involved in the assembly of mechanical actuators

and electro-mechanical actuators. Directed the service and repair function

of units returned for warranty or rebuilding. Promoted to production

manager, with oversight for three functional areas and two shifts managed

by three supervisors.

> Productivity Improvement: Improved factory labor efficiency accuracy

from 53% of standard to over 70% in three months by systematically

collecting efficiency data and reviewing results with area supervisors.

> Process Improvement: Implemented torque-controlled drivers on the

production line, eliminating manual torque processes and improving
