Contracted to assist a DoD company through the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations.
Work as change agent and handled employee relation issues. Worked with senior management to implement and
populate brand new HRIS systems; taking the company from paper to electronic; while maintain the integrity of
the new HRIS system. Hold the role as Project Manager on new online onboarding system. Administered and
explained benefits to employees and serve as a liaison between employees, corporate or insurance carriers.
Generated semi-monthly reports as required by upper management. Kept employee records current by
processing employee status changes and personnel action forms in a timely manner. Oversee recordkeeping and
maintenance of employee information such as personal data, 90 day evaluations, disciplinary actions and
terminations. Introduced company’s first formal 90 day evaluation program, creating a flexible and well-
