65 workers with 3 shift supervisors, 1 administrative assistant and a $475,000 budget. Oversee job scheduling

and workforce planning to meet all customer requirements.

Developed and set up prepress quality control procedures to identify and resolve production issues before

initial runs, saving $75,000.

Sinkro Ink, Cincinnati, OH 2008 – 2011

Technical Account Manager

Responsible for directing a group of in house managers and liaised between press and lab staff. Acted as

primary contact for new customers and facilitated ink trials, equipment set up and timely problem resolution for

this provider of optical effects, inks and coatings to support flexographic and gravure packaging applications.

Utilized label and surface print packaging applications in both ink and press settings. Addressed all print related

issues in roto, flexo, surface and lamination.

Played a key role in achieving $5 million in annual sales within 3 years of company start up.

Developed and implemented a work off program, reducing ink costs by 25%.

Quickly promoted to head up the $40 million Drums, PA facility with a team of up to 12 technicians per shift for

this leading international independent supplier of ink for packaging and publications. Coordinated cost controls,

payroll, employee scheduling, shipping/receiving and lab activities. Ensured direct customer service in a timely

fashion. Performed lamination and surface trials on all film structures.

Fully evaluated, revamped and streamlined Bemis facility operations, reducing workforce by almost 50%, ink

related press downtime by 70% and overall operating costs by up to $2.5 million.

Key participant in administering a new waste reduction program that generated up to $100,000 in savings per

month.

Negotiated and executed contracts with new vendors to secure optimal prices without sacrificing service or

product quality.
