Professional Goals
My goals are simple: I believe one must incorporate and communicate clinical skills, life experiences, and personal integrity into a professional arena for growth of the team and profession. I do not believe that we leave our life at home when we enter the workplace. I believe that the uniqueness of the individual is the key to fun, growth, inspiration, and achievement of a higher goal and purpose. The special flair that an individual brings to the table is what challenges all of us to be more than we ever imagined possible. New opportunities will come our way if we broaden our minds to include the thoughts and input of others. We all have something grand to offer. I believe it is one of my greatest aspirations: recognizing what others have to offer and allowing them to blossom to their greatest potential. It is with this growth that people are empowered to achieve greatness and then they in turn begin to share and teach without even being aware. Once you provide this tool to others they come together for the improvement of the entire team.
My ability to critique my own personal growth only brings greater stability to my home and my family. It is a win-win!
