Managed a two-shift optical fabrication department that supported division revenues exceeding $400 million annually.

Developed production schedules, team training, production metrics, and strategic goals for the department.

Increased shop capacity by 87% through a Six Sigma Green Belt project focused on the conversion of

conventional IR lens processing to a CNC process.

The direct labor and cycle time savings justified the acquisition of additional capital equipment to reduce the

Implemented team training and development, process improvement, and productivity metrics.
