This application is used for Portfolio, Investment management and for Trading. This is the third party

application provided by the Thompson Financials.

Portia and Trade EQ are two separate applications used by the Investment Services, Investment Support

Services and Custody Departments. Trade EQ is the application used by the agents and is used for trading

(buying and selling of shares) portfolios. Trade EQ in turn, points to the same database as Portia does.

PORTIA Trade EQ is a gateway that links traders with brokers, exchanges.

Portia is a client Server application and linked to database (Portia and Portia Reports) at KYSQLW01SP used

for portfolio and transactions management. Automate all steps related to order processing and management of

equities, from order entry, broker assignment and trade execution to order allocation across portfolios.

Perform real-time portfolio-level, security-level, firm-level and user-level pre-trade compliance checks to

ensure your orders are not in violation of your regulatory requirements and client mandates prior to execution

Implement successful investment strategies through PORTIA Trade EQ’s Single Security.
