Changed two plants from batch loading to daily increments.
Implemented Lean Manufacturing systems.
Set up traveler systems for products to track their progress through the plant.
Set up Qc inspections in the travelers during production.
Made and established production schedules when there were none so that sales could communicate
with customers.
Purchase new equipment and showed Return On Investment for Company Savings.
Reduced work force and increased productivity with lean ideals.
Changed all welding wire from 45 pound spools to 1000 pound barrels.
Changed from renting bottles of Co2 and Oxygen to storage tanks and plumbing the shop.
