Lead the industrialization of new (uncured) tire designs in our manufacturing facilities, providing robust, cost
effective solutions as needed, adapted to the local conditions and ensuring quality compliance to meet defined
customer and plant needs.
Adapt the uncured tire designs and processes based on the central referential taking into account the local plant
constraints (equipment, product standardization).
Analyze dimensional architecture and quality results, develop improvement plans and take steps to improve the
dimensional performance.
Participate in the local quality planning, including feasibility studies allowing the plant to commit to its
production responsibilities.
Coordinate the dimensional start ups and model evolutions with respect to quality and level of service agreed.
Lead projects and teams to resolve dimensional issues and in doing so, mentor the workshop technicians to
ensure pertinent tire performance criteria are considered in shop quality decisions
Feedback to central groups, and participate as required, to enable evolution of study rules
Engage the workshops in the monitoring of current production quality through awareness of performance
problems, participating in any necessary corrections
