Conducted psychotherapy and performed psychological assessments with
adolescents and adults in a private practice, outpatient setting. Served
on numerous HMO and PPO provider panels during this time and functioned as
the clinical supervisor in a multi-professional private practice. I also
contracted with the Comprehensive Care Corporation and the Hyland
Behavioral Health System at St. Anthony's Medical Center to conduct
psychological evaluations and perform individual and group therapy in their
Dual Diagnosis, Eating Disorders, Adult and Adolescent Stress, Adult and
Adolescent Substance Abuse, Crisis Intervention, Day Treatment, and
Outpatient programs. In addition, I worked for the St. Louis City Public
School System conducting evaluations for early childhood special education.

eastern part of Missouri which included, but were not limited to, providing

(1200) inmates housed in both maximum and medium security settings.

In this position I supervised the clinical services provided by six masters
level therapists, one substance abuse counselor, and one doctoral level
psychology resident in a sixty (60) bed, JCAHO and CHAMPUS approved, long-
term, residential treatment center serving children and adolescents six (6)
to nineteen (19) years of age with psychological and sexual behavior
problems.

in court regarding their readiness for release.
I retired from the Missouri Department of Mental Health in October 2011.
