surveys/feasibility studies, RF engineering and system implementation of 14 site upgrades from analog to digital radio. This
project involved interface, coordination and collaboration with all project participants including; customer, ven dors, engineering
personnel, contractors and land owners. Development and reporting of implementation strategy and schedule of project work
flow and milestone achievement. Parts and equipment inventory logistics. Management and tracking of project costs. P roject
risk management and logistic issue resolution. The site upgrades ranged in scope from equipment and antenna
installation/alignment to full site build-out with 180 ft. towers, shelters and mountain top access coordination.
Marketing and Sales for new business development. Opportunity research and efforts building professional relationships with
CAI’s, government entities and NM communities. Identifying client needs and solutions, managing the project execution and
