Objective: To secure a position in management/ assistant management or manufacturing that allows me
to use the skills I’ve developed over the last decade in the industry. I enjoy working in a collaborative

Work Experience
June 2013 to Present Manufacturing Assembler, Rytec Corporation. Jackson, WI
Rytec Corporation produces high performance doors for commercial facilities, doors may range from
6 to 30 ft. in width and 10 to 25 ft. in height. They frames are manufactured out of steel or aluminum with
various applications and materials for customers specific needs. Foam insulated doors, high security
aluminum doors. Fast seal doors and spiral doors.
Duties for assembly of Doors
Door assembly department has two workers to assemble door heads an side columns depending on part
order sheets and customer needs.
Door assembly complete to order,door is transferred by myself and co-assembler to the shipping
department.
These doors are assembled with the use of power hand tools, rivet guns, impact guns and wrenches,
power drills and screw drivers and torch wrenches.
There is wiring performed in junction boxes for led sensors and electrical motors, per wiring schematics.
April 2011 to May 2013 Assistant Manager/ Pool Technician, Year Round Pool, Bluffton, S.C.
Year Round Pool is a swimming pool company that designs and install in ground residential and
commercial pools and water features. I was an assistant manager / maintenance technician, CPO
certified, assisted area manager and cover other managers area on off days.
My responsibilities as Assistant Manager:
Assist manager with daily route paper work and assignments of area technicians to ensure facilities are
cleaned and maintained, chemicals tested daily and weekly per DEHC regulation.
Train new employees on proper cleaning and chemical testing procedures on residential and commercial
properties
Provide technicians with supplies and equipment to perform daily cleaning and testing of residential and
commercial facilities.
Assist manager with initialing and maintaining daily log books and chemical checks on commercial
facilities to ensure monthly DEHC certifications.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs on pumps and motors. Write tech reports for major
repairs and submit them to manager.
Perform yearly commercial facilities equipment checklist and inspection forms. Submit tech reports, so
repairs are preformed to ensure quality and safety regulations are compliant.
June 1998 to 2010 Master Technician, Signicast Corporation, Hartford, WI
Signicast Corporation is an investment casting facility that manufactures various metal parts. Parts are
first formed out of wax, they are assembled onto sprues and a ceramic shell is then formed around the
wax mold. I was the Master Technician in the Dip Cell were the ceramic shell was applied by Fanuc
robots. I was also cross-trained on several key areas of the operation throughout the Signicast production
facility.
My responsibilities as the Master Technician of the Dip Cell:
Ensuring continuous flow of product through my department with the aid of four Fanuc Robots;
programming teaching points/robotic movements to ensure a quality product.
Duties included: mixing and replenishing dip cell slurries according to specs and following recipes per
procedures for mixing processes.
Tracking inventory and ordering ingredients as needed to keep continuous flow throughout my
department and the plant.
Daily checklist completion; performed maintenance on equipment, gauges; calibration of equipment
throughout and relevant to my department.
Definition and resolution of workflow problems; train and supervise new Dip Techs and dewaxers and
direct report on a daily basis of progress to supervisor.
Maintain and develop standard practices and procedures for the Dip and Dewax cells.

1983 to May 1998 Owner/Operator, Dairy Farm, Arpin, WI
Owned and operated 100 cow dairy farm in central Wisconsin. I was responsible for daily operations and
decision making for all aspects of the operation.
Duties and Operations:
Maintenance & Repair of all machinery pertaining to planting, harvesting, cleaning, feeding, such as silo
unloaders and conveyors/feeding equipment.
Maintenance & Repair of all Plumbing and electrical of all systems throughout the property.
Maintenance & upkeep of all out buildings and cattle yards, IE fences, gates, ect.
Maintenance of all milk house equipment to maintain Grade A standards to produce and ship a Grade A
product.
As a result of managing my own business, I am a self-starter and a problem solver. I am skilled at issue
resolution and enjoy the challenge of improving a process
