1) CenterAct is a suite of tools designed specifically to help employers
sort through large volumes of job applicants and develop a quality
short list for further consideration.
2) CenterAct automatically routes CVs/resumes of top applicants and even
contacts the hiring company, the instant a top scoring applicant
applies. It can email, SMS or call the top candidates with one tap of
a touch screen. Whether there are 5 applicants or 1,000, CenterAct
will instantly create a short list of people who best fit the job
profile.
3) Coded, Conceptualized and Developed Android Application called
'CenterAct' for mobiles. One of the clients is www.centeract.com. App
is available on Amazon market place with the name CenterAct.
2. Online Apartment Management System

Role : Was involved in designing the web pages relevant to project
and work as a developer to do the backend coding in JSP.
Description:
1) The project was designed for a Rental Company which was interested in
a common management system for every apartment blocks distributed around
the city.
2) The basic idea of the project was that the tenants can give their
feedback, pay rent, terminate their lease, request for maintenance online
etc. This will avoid all sort of manual paperwork which leads to the
wastage of time and labour. The Staff, Manager and Landlord can also view
apartment info, online registration etc.
