and Safety Supervisor for Chevron Facility Engineering/Jami Company
specializing in Oil and Industrial, I am mainly responsible for auditing
client work sites to evaluate health and safety risk. Working throughout
the metropolitan Angola region, I have audited various facilities and have
developed a keen eye for safety infractions and improvement opportunities.
Prior to that, I am safety Supervisor for a Facility Engineering/Chevron
company, leading all safety efforts at one of their export facilities.
Implementing new training programs, introducing a "Return to Work" program,
and developing positive relationships with staff at all levels, I
successfully put renewed focus on safety. In my one year in that position,
on-the-job injuries were reduced by 30%.
