Quality Assurance Manager

. Develop and deploy corporate policies, procedures and training plans

for North America

. Publish KPI reports to the Board of Directors on warranty, scrap,

vendor performance, rework etc.

. Manage Quality activities and staff in Tiffin, Ohio, Niagara Falls,

Ontario and the North American Distribution Centre

. Travel approximately 40%, bi-monthly travel to Ohio, bi-annually

overseas and to vendor site audits

. Develop and deploy Palfinger's management systems for Quality, Health

and Safety and Human Resources.
