Project Management:
• Project-managed the development of online projects (both front and back-end) across the complete project life-cycle; including writing
business proposals, requirements gathering, project planning, costs and budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality assurance, testing
and application roll-out.
• Key achievements include the implementation of a dedicated e-commerce platform, providing a revenue stream of over $300,000;
and the implementation of a mobile platform, providing over 3 million pages of medical book and journal content.

• Managed and negotiated vendor relationships, services and purchases. Served as liaison with service providers to address any
technical issues and/or enhancement projects.
• Served as main point-of-contact with Amazon.com and other third-party resellers. Managed the daily operations, conversion and
delivery of e-books, including ePub and Kindle formats.
• Evaluated new technologies and solutions, which were integrated into our existing online assets.
• Maintained website content via content management system (CMS) and/or XML ingestion. Updated all static web pages through a
combination of online editorial tools and/or direct HTML manipulation.

• Managed portfolio of 15 medical journals in the fields of ophthalmology, pain, cardiology and pathology. Combined revenue of these
publications was in excess of $1.5 million dollars.
