in Poseidon Biotech Chennai (DSIR recognized).
Job Profile
> To carryout the day to day production activity, and achieve the
production targets.
> To ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance
with the cGMP requirements.
> To coordinate with the different department QA, QC, Warehouse and
Maintenance for achieving the day to day production targets.
> To ensure that the equipments, instruments and area are validation and
calibrated as per the schedule.
> To carry out the process as per the standard protocols and validated
process.
> To train the subordinates and maintain the training records as per the
procedures.
> To plan the monthly, weekly and day to day production activity in
coordination with the subordinates and superiors.
> To report and document incidents, accidents or any deviations
immediately to the superiors.
> Isolation of recombinant enzymes by Homogenization and Centrifugation.
> Online and Offline analysis of process samples using HPLC, GC.
> To record and maintain the daily report.
> Knowledge in SAP Material Management.
