Job Description
Maintenance Technician - responsible for maintaining 21 units apartment, work includes
but not limited to trouble shooting/repairing electrical works from electrical service, kwh
meters, main disconnect, feeders/sub-feeders, main panel, sub panels, distribution panels,
controls, wirings, Aircon disconnect, outlets, switches, lightings, timers, and other electrical
appurtenances. Repairs/troubleshoots common appliances e.g. washers, dryers, refrigerators,
exhaust fans and others. Repairs/trouble shoots plumbing/water lines, faucets, shower valves,
hose bibs and other. Repair walls e.g. cmu, cement board, gyp board, ply board, patching and
painting. Repairs floors, door mechanisms, windows, ceilings, roofs and other works necessary
for the apartments.
