PROJECT:

Completed a project on “Mobile phone signal jammer for GSM/CDMA/3G

networks with user selectable pre scheduled time duration” using embedded systems

under the guidance of SRI R. Gurunadh sir (Head Of The Department ECE).

EXPERIENCE:

Currently I am working as an Instrumentation Engineer in DEEVYA SHAKTI PAPER

MILL unit Shadnagar which is a 4 layer board paper machine from august 1st 2013, including this I

have 1 Year Experience in ITC Ltd PSPD unit Bhadrachalam as a Instrumentation engineer from July

1st 2012 to June 30th 2013. Worked in PAPER MACHINE 7 AT ITC PSPD unit Bhadrachalam

coordinated erection, & commissioning of Various Instruments, Hydraulics, and various Quality

control area’s like Steam and Condensate consisting of low pressure steam (LP) and Medium

Pressure Steam (MP), CAP (Chemical Additive Plant), Coaters, Coating final station, Dilution Head

Box, control desks, pope reel, IR Dryers and also Looking over the Man Power.

From February 2013 I worked in maintenance of the same above Paper Machine, looking through the

ABB 800xA DCS systems, trouble shooting, Calibration of Instruments & Co -coordinating technicians

while repairing the equipment’s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete supervision on Paper Machine erection and maintenance activities by guiding a

team of technicians, welders and other contract workmen of various skills.

Planning maintenance activities, maintenance schedules of Paper Machine equipment.

Maintenance of Hood and PV station, Steam and Condensate which uses LP and MP Steam

for drying of paper on dryer cylinders and all Air dryers.

Monitoring stock levels of spares, materials and other consumables of equipment in

Instrumentation Department.

Installation and commissioning of field instruments like level transmitters, pressure

transmitters, temperature transmitters, consistency transmitters, flow meters, mass flo w

meters and PH meters of different types of companies and models.

EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:

Erection of CAP area (Chemical Additive Plant), Coating Final Station and IR Dryers.

ABB Distribution Communication System panel wiring, 12 no’s control desk wirings and all

hydraulic power pack stations internal wirings.

IR dryer which is a GEM 9 model consisting of primary and secondary gas trains, mass

transfer system, combustion system and PLC.

MAJOR DUTIES PERFORMED:

Exposed to Paper Machine 7 equipment’s like stock area, head box, wire part, shoe press,

steam profiler, hydraulic power packs, pre calendar, all three back, pre and top coating

stations and pope reel.

Identified temperature raising problems in Hood and PV station and assisted a perfect

reason for rectifying the problem.

Involved in trouble shooting of trail run problems of paper machine 7 from instrumentation

team.

Erection of flocculent, coagulant and micro particulate system s by Coordination with Nalco

company advisers.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Participated in NCC and obtained ‘A’ Certificate.

Qualified for Service Selection Board Interviews (SSB) of Navy and Army.
