Experience Presently, since October 2012 I’m OIM/Captain on board an EPV FPSO. Ready completed her conversion and DP2- Engine trials in Singapore. Latest well testing wellhead, soon to commence production in Sarawak Borneo area.

Duties and responsibilities of current position:
Responsible for logistics, cargo operations, off-take operations including the berthing / disconnection of the off-take tanker and cargo transfer and documentation
Ensuring the requirements and procedures in Safety Management System and implementing and maintaining.
Managing the human resources and maintain a flexible and efficient work culture.
Fulfilling the risk management requirements by ensuring all risks in the cargo/marine operations are identified and procedures are established and implemented.
Budget management and preparation of accounts
As OIM Coordinating with the Production Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor during emergency situations
Ensuring all life saving and fire appliances are properly maintained and ready to use.
Ensuring measures are taken to prevent pollution and damage to environment.
Ensuring vessel stability is maintained at all times.
Manage and co-ordinate the operation of all crude oil storage, ballasting and associated activities including crude oil washing, inert gas systems and marine safety systems.
Supervising supply vessel operations and helicopter operations
Ensuring all personnel is having adequate knowledge of safety requirements, permit to work systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.
Conducting regular lifesaving, fire fighting and other safety drills in accordance with regulations and Management System requirements.
With the CHSEL Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor shall jointly review compliance with the Safety Management System, Operational Procedures and document the findings on the Compliance Review Sheet. This review shall, as a minimum, be carried out every 12 months.
Experience with safety management systems and computer based maintenance management systems preferred.
Previous positions Duties / Responsibilities:
Well versed and having sound knowledge in mooring operations, good working relation with client, preparing / maintaining the vessel for class / flag survey and adhering the regulations of class society / flag state requirements, sailing vessel command, tanker related activities and shipyard activities including FPSO conversion.
