Computer - Aided Design (CAD) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Applications and Database Administrator:
Provide hotline support for Computer - Aided Design (CAD) NX (6 to 8) and
Teamcenter 8.3 Database Administration (DBA).
. Provide High Level Administration and Support for Teamcenter
Engineering Database, making sure data integrity is intact and
supervise product development cycle. Provide customer satisfaction by
ensuring products' reliability from concept to development to
production states.
. Develop and implement standards and policies for database
administration.
. Use database tools to diagnose, research and resolve technical issues.
. Work closely with customers to set up best business practices,
workflows, policies, rules, etc.
. Develop reports, interfaces, test and execute NX and Teamcenter
software upgrades and releases, validation scripts, etc.
. Responsible for providing effective and timely solutions for Computer
- Aided Design (CAD) and Teamcenter Engineering database users.
. Walkthrough the end user the proper and effective way to solve a
problem, eliminating redundant issues.

. Provide Computer - Aided Design (CAD) training such as Master Modeler,
Sheet metal, Data Management, Master Assembly and Master Drafting and
Surfacing which fit the users' role in the business and in proper
order, i.e. from Essentials to Advanced.
. Update and make the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) website and
Mechanical Computer-Aided Design Community site available for End
Users for Tips and Techniques, Documentations, FAQ and online
activities.
. Validate and Study design outputs of development models. Provide
assistance and troubleshoot error-laden designs and offer inputs and
countermeasures to downsize the occurrence of slip-ups and
miscalculations.
. Investigate and conduct Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method that helps
improve processes and A3 problem solving.
. Provide Designer Certification credentials for Computer-Aided Design
(CAD) Users and Assess users' CAD proficiency.
. Create proper documentations needed for Design support and System
error solutions.
. Communicate Siemens GTAC Support for worldwide Computer-Aided Design
(CAD) updates and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) news bulletins.
Proper Communication and Engagement to End Users as well as to United
States counterparts:
. Accountability to issues and make sure to have proper closure on
issues encountered.
. Participates in cross-functional teams to address business or systems
