initiative; vendor evaluation and selection; top contenders were Equaterra
and TPI; Equaterra was chosen primarily due to its team approach; advisory
services budget $500K.
Exelon Corporation: RFP, vendor selection, transition agreement, contract
negotiations, SLAs and implementation for ComEd Customer Billing
applications development and Production Support using Accenture as the
service provider; 10 resources on-shore and 20 off-shore resources at
Manilla, Philippines; established governance process and SLAs.
Exelon Corporation: Requirements definition; RFP, vendor selection,
contract negotiations for Exelon HR and Finance Peoplesoft selected
applications development and Production Support using Accenture as service
provider, 5 resources on-shore, 15 off-shore at Manilla, Philippines.
CVS Caremark: RFP, vendor selection, SOW negotiation and implementation of
first Production Support pilot program at Caremark using CVS standards; App
area was Data Warehousing; 2 on-shore resources and 5 off-shore resources
