o Project Execution with more than 4.3 years of experience in operation and
maintenance, Ash Handling Plant for Coal fired Power Boiler.
o Presently working with M/s. Creative Ashtech Power Project Private
Limited (CAPPPL), a fully owned subsidiary of Reliance Energy, as
Sr.Engineer -Mech for Ash Handling Plant at 6x660 MW, Utra Mega Thermal
Power Plant at Sasan, Singrauli, M.P
o Execution of bottom ash handling system and their accessories.
o Executions of below ESP hopper stack up arrangements.
o Erection of compressors, dryers, air receivers, blowers, heater.
o Different types of Pump Alignment, such as HP, LP, ECO, Ash Disposal.
o Execution of Silo related Pump & equipment / piping)
o Supervising Fabrication of Bottom Ash Hopper equipment etc. by
vendors/contractors to ensure adherence to pre-set specifications..
o Managing all project-related activities to ensure work is complete with
respect to specified requirements, Time and Budget.
o Experience in developing Safe Working Procedures, Job Safety Analysis /
Risk Assessment, Accident/Incident Analysis, etc.
o Execution of collector tower all equipment related to wet system.
