Manufacturing and repairing of Low pressure and High pressure oil field wellhead

equipment. Under the license by ISO 9001 and API.6A, spec-7, 5ct, 5B. Casing and tubing

hangers, Stabilizers, different types of Mills, various types of Adapters, Crossover, Gate

valves, Spools, Hold Down Nut, TUBING HANGERS CROSS, LINER HANGER, Jar

component, bowl protector, wash tool, Test plug, casing hangers, Flanges, Pub joints,

Responsibility:

Generating programs for CNC machines ( Lathe and Mill 3 and 4axis )

Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on vertical and horizontal

machining centers.

Develop work holding and select cutting tools.

Create and compile necessary documents to aid in machine setup, as well as

development of work instructions for operators.

Integrate work with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and scheduling

departments to ensure efficient flow of quality products through the factory.

Continuous Improvement: reduce cycle time on high-volume programs to increase

throughput.

Responsible for checking and storing the proven programs in the proven file after it is

returned from the shop floor.

Work with the Manufacturing Engineers to determine the sequence of the programs as

per the routing steps and design of fixture if needed.

Modifying the programs as per the revision change, if any.

Support continuous improvement of manufacturing process.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level with minimal supervision.

Understand and comply with all safety rules. Quality system and company policies.

Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of

the job.

Recommendation of equipment tools and set up process for faster, reliable and at

highest quality standard of parts.

Maintain and update computer files on DNC (Distributive Numerical Control) computer

system, which contain machine program files.

Update and maintain hard copies of all CNC programs Setup Sheets on file.

Solve shop floor problems in cooperation with Cell Leader associated with parts being

machined.

Maintain good housekeeping and follow the 5s Standard.

Fully understand customer requirements, design and quality standards.

FAMILIARIZATION in
